Airbags are fun.

Brownsberger and I had the opportunity to hit up some airbag sessions after the lifts closed. These shots are from Carson Pass just south of Lake Tahoe in late May. (If you click on them they'll get bigger...) Jp Bergeron- stale underflip.

Steve-o honing up the lip. Late season temperatures and a thin snowpack meant tall and skinny...salt is your friend.

Nickoolio hiking the drop in.

Jack Lyle is a regular at these sessions. Keep an eye out for this kid- he's got switch double 9's now...

Video review is key. Anybody can chuck- but can you make it look good?

Jp- frontside rodeo.

US Airbags founder Rufus Casey discussing the setup and breakdown of the airbag. It's surprising how easy it is.

Nick can get in a lot of spins before touchdown.

Jp- mid frontside underflip.

Safe landings...

www.UsAirbag.com- Check it out for news on where they'll be next.

If you weren't able to make it to Carson Pass or the Kingvale Terrain Park sessions maybe you can check it out at one of the events they'll be setting up next time.

They rent them by the day... If you're a baller you can buy one from them for $25,000...

March 31st at Squaw...

It hit the mid fifties at Squaw today- hard to beleive we were riding two feet of cold dry powder just 2 weeks ago.

Thanks to Kellen Evans for taking the time to film two runs in the Red Dog trees on one of the last epic days of the season...
